The ideal candidate's skills
You are someone with 3+ years of relevant work experience within an Account Management, Administration or Sales position collaborating with cross functional technical and non technical teams building and delivering technical solutions.
We would love if you have
/ Experience and knowledge within an account, pitch, bid or sales executive or support role.
/ Experience within building RfPs and pitches, you have a high attention to detail and can confidently identify, bring together and motivate a project team.
/ Understanding of how to work successfully and collaborate within a project.
/ A proficient level in and English.
The role
The Client Account Support Executive is an organized and proactive executive, who as a support and ally for client partners and key clients. Responsible for both ensuring that Valtech meets the client’s needs and objectives. This role involves planning and delivering high quality, effective output and evaluating the impact of these activities. Whilst supporting activities and output for client growth and ultimately creating work we are proud of.
Entrepreneurial in spirit, adept at working in a fast-paced, changing, high-growth environment, you will ensure delivery of top-notch output and documentation. As a key partner to our client, you become an expert in Valtech's offerings and the business value they bring to our clients.
You will be responsible for supporting the client partnership team by supporting the production of clean, modern and relevant offers for the existing client portfolio. This includes supporting with financial and rate analysis, driving forward client partner administrative work and assisting in a client partner capacity for smaller Swiss clients.
In addition, you will:
/ Client Relationships:
Excel at building trusting relationships with both existing and potential clients, supporting client partners with key relationships within their client portfolios.
/ Expansion of Existing Business:
Support the development of new pitches with key partner clients.
/ Commercial & Operational Control:
Support the analysis and reporting of revenue performance & growth.
/ Ambition for Growth:
Supporting planning for client pitches (existing business with support for new business)
/ Wider Valtech and Partnership relationships:
Act as a cultural ambassador in and outside of Valtech, fostering and developing wider relationships within the network and our third-party partners.
/ Wider Valtech influence:
You will be expected to be a voice in the development and standardisation of our client offering, creation of best practices in Client Partnership, marketing opportunities and department strategy.
