The role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to set the creative tone for projects and pitches, blending artistry and strategic thinking to develop groundbreaking visual identities. You’ll work at the intersection of branding and digital, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to turn concepts into realities. This is a role for someone with a strong graphic design foundation, who thrives on crafting distinctive styles and visual narratives, then collaborates with UX and UI designers to make them functional and effective.

/ Craft and Deliver: Create standout designs including user interfaces, layouts, brand identities, iconography, and presentation narratives

 /Collaborate and Conceptualize: Partner with strategy, creative, UX, and technology teams to ensure the work exceeds expectations and delivers true impact.

/ Lead Design Craft: Work closely with the Creative Director to execute the creative vision and elevate the design craft across projects

/ Maintain Quality: Manage and uphold the quality of design throughout all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet Valtech’s high standards and client expectations

/ Mentor and Guide: Support and inspire Designers and Junior Designers, fostering growth and creativity within the team.

/ Cross-Disciplinary Engagement: Actively participate in inter-department and cross-service communications, building strong partnerships to drive success
